Fighting food waste and contributing to the well-being of the entire population through the benefits of organic food—even when purchasing power is limited—that’s also what PurDélys is about. For years, our perfectly ripe products, which are just slightly too mature for traditional distribution channels, have been sent to the organization La Corbeille. Through its short supply chain and various initiatives, La Corbeille promotes food security and fosters independence for its clients in the Bordeaux-Cartierville neighborhoods of Montreal.
