As the harvest season draws to a close, our temporary foreign workers (TFWs) begin their journey home, back to their families and traditions. After months of dedicated work on our fields, they prepare to celebrate Día de los Muertos — a meaningful holiday that honors their ancestors in a spirit of color, remembrance, and togetherness.
